Our Roots.
Andrew Hilton Attorneys is located in the heart of the Village of Orchard Park, New York. The firm’s roots date back to 1924, when the first generation Andrew Hilton began practicing law in South Buffalo, New York. In 1955, Andrew Hilton, Jr., joined his father’s law practice and formed Hilton and Hilton. Andrew Hilton, III, is a third generation attorney who joined his grandfather and his father’s law practice in 1985.

Andrew Hilton is a third generation attorney whose firm dates back to 1924. Mr. Hilton received his J. D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his B.S. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hilton is a member of the Real Estate, Elder Law, and Surrogate’s Court Practice sections of the Erie County Bar Association, and Elder Law and Trusts & Estates sections of the New York Bar Association. He is also admitted to the Florida Bar.
Mr. Hilton has made numerous presentations to consumers and professionals on Long-Term Care Planning, Elder Law, and Estate Planning. He has also presented to attorneys in Continuing Legal Education programs on behalf of the New York State Bar and Erie County Bar Associations.
Mr. Hilton has had the pleasure of serving our community in such diverse roles as Advisory Board for a private Memory-Impaired Care Facility and as a Village of Orchard Park Trustee.
